Java dependency structure matrix (DSM)

Very large dependency graphs (such as this "slice" of all the classes in the main cluster) are often best displayed as a Dependency Structure Matrix (DSM). A number in a cell indicates the number of references from the column item to the row item. Selecting a cell (dependency) causes Structure101 to populate the "dependency breakout".
